Before you leave, you should bring the following items: 

1. Passports (at least six months of remaining validity) with blank visa pages 

2. Copies of passports 

3. Six Photos (3.3cm*4.8cm, white background)

4. GIST International College Student Application Form 

5. Chinese Language Ability Certificate if you have

6. Physical Examination from public hospital (Note: hospital stamps the bottom of the picture on the form in case the reports will not be admitted in China) 

7. Application Form of On-campus living for International Students 

8. Amount of cash in case of purchasing goods

9. A power converter and adapter plug. China’s electrical system operates at 220 volts

10. Please check your mobile phone whether it can be used worldwide


Residence Registration

Students must go to the Local Police Station (No.68 Kunlunshan Road) to register within 24 hours after your arrival in China.
